Supervisor Wastewater Maintenance
- Lead and coordinate essential wastewater maintenance operations across the City

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within our Water and Waste Services team, supervising day-to-day wastewater maintenance operations across the City. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering maintenance programs, including sewer mains, rising mains, manholes and service lines, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards.
As Supervisor Wastewater Maintenance, you will lead a team of operational staff and contractors, manage resources, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and customer service expectations. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement, provide technical advice, and play a key role in maintaining service delivery to the community.

About you
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in wastewater or civil infrastructure maintenance, bringing hands-on knowledge combined with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You have demonstrated experience supervising staff, coordinating operational works, and delivering outcomes in a safe and efficient manner. You're confident engaging with stakeholders, managing contractors, and addressing customer needs professionally. Your strong organisational skills, technical understanding and commitment to safety and continuous improvement will set you up for success in this role.
